The location was quite easy to find. There's also convenient stores nearby and fast food joint. The room is comfortable and had all the basic necessity.
We're very lucky that it happened that there's no other guest than us at the weekend we stayed, the staff very friendly and helpful welcoming us to use the rotenburo as much as we'd like. I wish we could stay longer than one night lol
