Great location with easy access to restaurants and sightseeing. Quiet street. Property very well equipped and the outside space was excellent with sun and shade and the pleasant plunge pool. We could have been overlooked but the upstairs duplex appeared unoccupied so we felt quite private.
There was an annoying drain smell which previous reviews had mentioned, but not a deal-breaker. We had a 10am checkout time so we didn't appreciate the cleaning company arriving before 9.30. We also had no notice of the pool cleaning guys turning up mid-week.

Very spacious and bright, lovely little plunge pool, modern appliances. Very close to the town centre.
Bathroom was a little small for a taller person.

The location is great handy for all the facilities of Cascais. The property was well furnished and equipped.
The property was let down by the poor condition of the shower room. There appears to be a damp problem with the wall which effected the appearance and the area felt damp. There was also an issue with cockroaches at the premises which we felt was linked to damp.
