Apartment is nice and clean. Rooms are big enough and the beds are comfortable.
Host is reachable over the phone/messenger and responds quickly. There's a parking spot in the inner yard.
Location is very good, nearest beach is across the street behind the Alexander the Great hotel, shops and plenty of restaurants in walking distance, Paphos port area is 10-15 mins leisure strolling away.
Key collection, and the actual finding of the apartment, could be made a bit more first-time-user friendly, with e.g. photos of the entrance of the apartment-complex, how to make your way to the apartment with arrows on those photos, etc...
But even without such photos, host responded and gave guiding instructions by phone, which is nice.

The location is great, with everything you need just a few steps away, from restaurants to pharmacies.
It is also quiet, with available parking and well maintained.
The cleaning could be better, especially around the kitchen, fridge and dishes were dirty.
The bed is not comfortable.
We had to beg for check-in instructions 2 hours before we got there.
No extra garbage bags, just 1 roll of toilet paper.
