Location is perfect, building was very well kept and parking was literally next door with lots of space
Bath panel needs to be fixed or changed, but that’s the only thing I can think of.

Location to esplanade and car park.
Steep stairs to a basement flat. Shabby overall and bath panel broken.
Kitchen utensils and crockery in lounge area sideboard - four metres from kitchen area.
Having to phone emergency number to get key to enter building.
