Location is absolutely perfect

No so much dislike Just wished they had a small stove top mocha pot

The property was in a great location, clean and cozy. Wifi works well and so does the AC. Great space in the bedroom for clothing. The balcony is very spacious.

The upstairs neighbours are loud or maybe the walls are just too thin. Everyday at 6AM it sounds like they are moving furniture around and stomping making it hard to sleep. The mold in the shower really needs to be addressed as well. It’s not hard to clean or replace caulking.

Excelente todo! Exactamente como en las fotos. Moderno y muy bien ubicado.

Se podría colocar un blackout en la ventana de la habitación para mejorar la luz natural por la mañana.

Location is excellent. The apartment is clean.

The check in process was terrible. The only reason I was able to successfully enter the apartment is because a kind German couple who were also staying at the Lady C saved me. I came to find out there was a door code to get into the building which I was never given ahead of time. Coming from Canada it is very expensive to use a mobile phone in Europe so communication via the booking app or email is key. To this day, I still have never been given proper instruction. The kind couple allowed me to use their phone, however, no one answered my call. I did indicate my predicted time of arrival but that seems to get treated as a suggestion more so than a time someone will be available from the property to help you check in. We needed a plumber on this first day as the shower didn't drain properly. I requested toilet paper and that request went unanswered. They do not service the room after you gain possession. Two coffee pods, two sets of towels and that is it.
