Perfect location. Short walk to everything in Old Quebec

Easy access, location fantastic. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Beautiful building. Comfortable and clean.
Very dark, low lighting, especially bathroom. Low quality paper products and shower supplies. Couldn’t control thermostat to lower temperature.

Excellent location on a very nice street. Property overall was value for money but only just . I think the price paid justified the many shortcomings of the unit.
The property is in need of much better lighting especially in the upper area.
The kitchen & cooker were not clean .
The bed frame , sheets & mattress need updating.
The bath tub is ridiculously deep making it impossible to reach the shower controls without stepping into the bath & at 6 feet tall it was difficult to even get in or out of the bath.
To access the bedroom from the living room you need to use a steep spiral staircase.

"Great location with everything you need to live in it if you wanted to.
The shower nozzle needs replacing to as it leaks badly."
