Good AC Quiet Clean

Perfect location

No table in rooms and there is not ventilation

The owner was very nice. It's a brand new property. I was amazed to see the aesthetics of the place. We loved it. I don't know why people give such less ratings. The location is superb. I am definitely going to come back here again.

I think the 7.3 review score is about right. We got a pretty good price for the room, the location is great, communication also (at least before), was easy to check in. But..

With our room, most of the sockets didn't work, or the lights near the bed. We messaged the owners, but didn't get helpful responses. The internet is pretty bad, i don't know why, so we had to go to cafes to work. And there is only 1 shower/bathroom; we didn't see that when we booked and that's annoying, we had to wait at times, and can also flood. So it's not a bad place, but not a good place either.. but we had an ok stay. Oh.. and there is NO A/C in the rooms, so it got warm, windows had spiders outside so we didn't want to fully open them. (but it's a quiet place, very little noise)
