Fantastic location, close to beach, tavern and a cafe (when it reopens). Rooms are all comfortable (although the downstairs rooms do get pretty chilly). Kitchen had all the utensils, crockery etc needed and coffee machine provided (although milk frother did not have the small insert so could not be used).

It’s a pet friendly property however the small outdoor area was covered in large weeds and grass seeds, so couldn’t leave our dog outside there so we avoided any risk of grass seeds being embedded in our dogs fur.

Fabulous location and layout. For our large family it was perfect, everyone had their own space. So close to the hotel and walks to the beach.

Fantastic Location and easy access to the beach and Tavern. Lovely view! A great amount of storage and the layout was fantastic. Easy to use kitchen area with the plethora of utensils and cutlery etc.

The front door lock was very difficult to use, the key kept getting stuck every time we left and came back. This would be a priority to fix. We also arrived to a lot of dog hair left on the couch - great that the place is pet friendly but not ideal for those who don't travel with pets and might potentially be allergic. The rooms downstairs were absolutely freezing and there were no extra blankets or heaters provided, we needed to request these which then to be collected from the Lakes Entrance head office. These rooms also had a lot of mould on the windows/ venetian blinds. A little wear and tear is fine, but mould in the bedrooms and upstairs bedroom isn't ideal. There was no iron or ironing board available, the one we picked up when requesting extra blankets was an Anko/ Kmart appliance and pretty well useless.

Location was great, views were fabulous, plenty of room for multi generational family. Comfortable beds. Also Neighbor was very friendly and alerted us to a whale breaching in the ocean.

The sewer smell that come from the toilet next to the kitchen, on our arrival the whole upstairs area smelt awful. We kept the door closed and no one used this toilet during our stay however the smell remained.
