I loved the central location and the facilities provided.
There was nothing I didn't like.

It felt safe, was clean and the aircon worked well. The car also has a designated parking space and plenty of room and it was a safe undercover spot - this was the property’s best feature
That getting access to it was so complicated. Finding street parking to be able to then follow all the complicated directions to access the key…
I understand that this is probably how a lot of city accommodation now operates and that it is more efficient in many ways, it was just a big learning curve for us as we had never dealt with anything like that before. Also, I had requested information regarding the parking area height restrictions as I have a high vehicle, and this was not responded to at all. Luckily there was plenty of room.

Good Location, instructions for entry/keys, good.
Beds comfortable.
Some milk in fridge would be nice for making a cup tea and both mornings included loud music and very loud building noise from building site next door.

Location is great
There were no bath towels in the property on arrival. We were able to communicate with the property manager to get this rectified the following day.
No full length mirrors in the property.
Second bedroom has a small single sized bed that is very soft and not so comfortable.
