The apartment was absolutely stunning. The cooking facilities were fantastic, the bed was super comfortable and the apartment was very spacious and beautiful to be in.

fantastic property home from home with all essentials such as kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, smart tv’s and Wi-Fi, shampoo and shower wash etc very comfortable bed and large spacious rooms, only 5 minute walk to sea front.

Owners were so kind and took our family to our wedding in Liverpool going completely out of their way for my grannies

I’ve stayed at Ken’s beautiful place twice and everytime was amazing. The apartment is airy, clean and very comfortable and just a few minutes from the train station and promenade. The whole neighbourhood is serene and quiet, just perfect for a weekend getaway. Ken is the most welcoming host and incredibly accomodating. We had a great experience and thanks again for having us. We will be happy to come back :-). I highly recommend this place.

Everything. Place is clean and well presented. The host is a legend, offered us a lift to the wedding venue. The whole experience actually improved the day and we will definitely be recommending this place, we have pals in this area so we may be back if we ever come down there again. So much better than a travel lodge or similar. Great touches, bottle of wine, recommendations for food. Can't speak highly enough of the place and service.

The perfect base for my sister & I to revisit our days growing up around Wallasey & New Brighton. The apartment was well appointed, homely, clean & very comfortable. Our host Ken, was always very obliging especially in preparing for our arrival by setting up the sofa bed for us. A very pleasant stay & rest assured we will be booking here again when we return for our 'family day' again next year. Thank you Ken.

lovely old house in a lovely area of new Brighton. bathroom and kitchen were perfect for us. the. rooms were not warm so we were glad of the heater at night. Ken was so hospitable and left fresh tea, milk and a welcome bottle of wine. he was on hand with suggestions. he was incredibly flexible and accommodating.
the beautiful chimney pot repurposed as a flower pot is in Ken’s garden and. not ours.

Thanks for a great day! The apartment was in a fantastic location and perfect for our stay in Liverpool for eurovision weekend. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished and the host even left us a bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.
