The property management company never answered the phone. They said that we had to go to the laundry mat to wash the towels and had to buy our own toilet paper. That was weird

Cozy, cute and clean.. Kids would love the bunk room. Screened porch and patio expand the living area. Halfway between the Boardwalk and Assateague.
We would have preferred a set of table and chairs for indoor dining/games instead of just the counter and stools.

I liked it felt like my own apartment. The facility was clean. Inside my cottage I couldn't hear anything going on outside. The firepit area was so cute.
There was nowhere to walk. On a main road so not safe to walk on.

Sehr modernes gemütliches Cottage mit allem was man braucht. Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und die kleine Terrasse mit Fliegengitter toll um am Abend draußen zu sitzen.
Alles sehr angenehm, sauber und unkompliziert.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert
Jeweils nur 1 Badetuch und ein Handtuch ist etwas wenig. Mehr lagen zwar bereit, durften aber nur gegen Aufpreis verwendet werden. Für eine Nacht ist das ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt stelle ich mir das allerdings schwierig vor.
Ein ganz kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass die Küche zwar gut ausgestattet ist mit allem was man an Utensilien so braucht allerdings fehlen Basics wie z.B. Salz & Pfeffer. Das ist sicher kein „Muss“ allerdings in den meisten Häuschen oder Appartements dann doch Standard.

What I like most about the cottages was that is pet friendly, and it had everything I needed for my comfortable stay.

I loved every thing about the property, comfortable , clean, I felt like I was home away from home . My 5 year old loved the environment: my Husband loves it so much he’s planning the next trip. Shore point cottages is our new and favorite place , we travel to ocean city frequently for mini getaways from New York: 10 stars for me!!!!! It was my birthday and we had a small celebration with my husband and 5 year old the best bday ever

This property is VERY dog friendly (could use a little fenced in area for dogs to run off leash). We stayed with 2 labs, 1 is a boy in is teething stage. He broke out of his kennel while we were gone. The property manager was VERY understanding with what happened and even saw it before we got back to the cottage. The cottages have everything you need, these aren’t places you would spend your entire day in they’re more for just sleeping. Everyone that was staying there was very nice. Tanisha with the reservations was very sweet. This place will be our new go to, instead of the dog friendly hotels!!
Could use a little fenced in area for dogs to get some time off leash & maybe a poop bag station.

The location was great, close to everything. The cottages are nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. The property superintendent is friendly and lets you know he’s there on property if you have any problems.

Awesome cottages I loved that the unit was clean, spacious for us and had private outdoor seating screened in porch out front and on the side patio with fire pit. Close to beach.

2nd stay at Shore Point Cottages and it was just as nice as our first stay for Labor Day weekend. The temp was perfect for us to enjoy the fire pit outside.
A screen was missing from the porch and let bugs, which made it slightly difficult to enjoy the screened-in porch area.

Great location. The cottage was well furnished with a screen porch where we ate breakfast outside every day. It’s on the same road as Assateague so it was great for our vacation. I will definitely stay here again.

Access was easy and location was great. The cottage came with everything you could possibly need when staying somewhere. As someone with anxiety, not having to interact with staff was actually a huge plus.
I understand this place is new but a lack of EV chargers, the pin pad to get into the parking lot is truck height not sedan accessible, the road signs do not make sense or match the map no way to get potable water, and having to sign in to watch TV is a bit of a drag. Some other functional things, you can enter the pool 24/7, the main control boxes outside aren't locked, and the wifi is shared making all devices on the property visible which is a huge security risk.

Great location and easily accessible to many local areas. Really nice cottages that provided the space we needed.
Since it was brand new there were a few items that needed addressing but nothing that truly impacted our stay. Some of the other renters did not clean up after their dogs in the common areas (but this was really not the facilities fault and would probably happen anywhere that is pet friendly).

There was no breakfast. Location was perfect. Was convenient to everything.
That the showers only opened up on one side and I wish the hot water was a little bit hotter. Wish there was more room on the side of the beds to walk. Other than that there are no complaints and I would definitely stay there again.

Loved that it was local to a lot of great restaurants and activities. Not too overcrowded and plenty of room for small families.
The gps directions were a bit off and the main sign for the property is kind of small and hard to see at night.

just don't have music blaring at the pool all day. If you must play music, do a happy hour music thing.

Very clean and comfortable residence. Easy accessible wi-fi, clean pool, and more amenities in the residence than expected.
I think there could be a security presence. Also, notice should be given that construction is still occurring throughout the property.

No oven, little too small for my family size, need blended, no cover for the pots, an iron, extra covers and sheets and pillow for the sofa-bed

The cottages are small but sufficiently comfortable for the family. Our goal was to have a home base for a couple of days to see the sights, and enjoy the beach without breaking the bank. Everything was clean and new. The staff were very responsive, and genuinely cared if you were satisfied.
The location is perfect for a family. The grocery store, outlet stores, restaurants, beach and other attractions are within minutes of the cottage.
