The apartment was modern, light and bright, with nice touches such as toiletries, a starter pack in the kitchen, including washing-up liquid, washing machine capsule and dishwasher tablet, coffee, sugar, oil and a complimentary bottle of wine. Our hostess was extremely understanding and accommodating when it came to addressing some housekeeping issues. She went out of her way to put them right. It was within walking distance of Ronda central, taking approximately 25 minutes.

Plastic wine glasses! Whilst the crockery and cutlery had been washed in the dishwasher, they hadn't been checked and several items still had food clinging to them. Mismatched number of plates, bowls, spoons. There were only 2 hangers for the entire apartment accommodating 6 of us. Very old towels. No cupboards or drawers for clothes in the single room. Whilst the outside area was substantial and included a superb wrap-around patio and rooftop terrace (solarium), the furniture on the terrace was filthy. It's a pity because a great deal of effort and thought has been put into making the accommodation luxurious, but the standard hasn't been maintained. Magnolias and other pot plants on the patio had all died.

Extremely comfortable apartment. Everything you could possibly need was there. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Lovely rooftop terrace with pool.

There are a lot of keys for property -the apartment main door, garage door, actual apartment, rooftop pool etc. It would be extremely helpful if these could be labelled, or colour coded to ease access.

Spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Swimming pool on the roof and access to a small fitness.

Apartment could have been cleaner (chips remains under the sofa). Check out time extremely early. Apartment complex a bit far from city centre. Fitness room needs urgent renovation and machine replacement

nice clean & modern apartment in a great location

terrible client management, lovely gesture to get a complimentary bottle of wine, however, no bottle opener to enjoy it! also only 2 coat hangers in the whole apartment which had 5 wardrobes !! despite requesting these 2 items on arrival our request was totally ignored so we were unable to enjoy the wine or even hang our clothes up
