Location, the house, everything.
Nothing really the heat was a little bit to much, mid August.
We were very grateful for the number of fans

Spacious, family-friendly home with a peaceful private garden, within walking distance of central Tours. Well-equipped, comfortable, and the hosts were wonderfully helpful and accommodating.

This was a lovely house in Tours with accommodation that was perfect for our extended family as we attended a local wedding. The owners were mostly very helpful.
A E50 fee was clearly added to the bill to pay for cleaning costs at the time of the booking. We paid this in full. In several communications, the owners asked us to leave E50 in cash on the table for the cleaner. When we refused, because we had already paid this, they reported us to Booking.Com for breach of contract. This was upsetting.
