We were a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The biggest thing for us was that the listing for the property mentions a travel cot, therefore, we did not bring one with us. We could not find the cot anywhere in the property and tried to contact the owner via message and phone call with no response for the entire week-long stay. This was very frustrating, as we had an 8 month old very active baby with us and were worried about her falling out of our bed the whole time. The property itself appeared clean but soon after arriving, my daughter's hands and legs were black from crawling on the floor (she is 8 months old). There was no hand soap anywhere. The supplied milk was opened, partly used, and had expired a few weeks prior. The doona on the bed had no cover for it. There was a quilt placed over the top of it but you could not place to doona inside. We found this to be unhygienic. It was a nice enough property was a bit let down by the above.

Great house, well equipped with kitchen items and cleaning supplies. Just a short walk from the beach, fish and chip shop and supermarket. Very comfy for a week long stay.

House presents really well. Nice staying in a freshly renovated house and located centrally in the township. Only improvements I can see would be to have dishwashing tablets to use the dishwasher properly, some more garbage bags for a people on a longer stay, laundry detergent and perhaps a larger tv in the living room but that's just personal preference. Thank you for the accommodation and will definitely look at staying here next time we're down visiting family.

Great location. Very quiet. No drawers or hanging space in bedrooms. No hanging in bathroom. No communication about accessing property

Beautiful newly renovated house, very clean an tidy with spacious rooms, all amenities are available. Stone's throw is in a perfect location with a short walk to the local grocery store and pub as well as a short walk to the beach, cafes and takeaway shops. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed as a family of four for 3 nights. The place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. The internet was good, there was also Netflix. Close to cafes and sea side. We were able to visit Mt Gambier as it was a short drive too. We definitely recommend the place.
