Great location and plenty of room for 4 adults to stay. The golf cart was an added bonus.

This property is in an excellent location, just a short golf cart ride to the beach…. the fact that the owner allows visitors to utilize her golf cart is a big cost saver. The house was clean and very spacious. We had one issue over the Labor Day weekend, but the owner immediately addressed it. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 1st time visiting SGI & we were already planning when we will be back The property was great for family. We had 7 adults &1child. Everybody had their own room. Everyone enjoyed dinner around the table. Kitchen was small but worked for us. Beach was a short walk or golf cart ride. The beach was beautiful & not crowded. We all liked the ramp on the side of the house which helped since my husband has mobility issues.

This was our first stay on SGI. The location of the Beach Peach was excellent. Just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Everything was clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. We had a few small issues arise but Angie was quick to respond and provide answers. Only thing I was disappointed with was the basement bedroom/ bathroom set up. This room is not accessible from the inside of the house. One has to go outside and downstairs thru the garage to get to this room. Consequently none of my kids wanted to sleep down there. Not a deal breaker just would have been nice to know beforehand. Overall, I recommend the Beach Peach and would stay again.

This home is perfect for a family with kids! We brought our grandparents over for a long weekend away. They are 83 and 81 and it was perfect. The golf cart made it easy to get around the island and take to the beach and back. The home was extremely clean and the location is perfect! We are already discussing the next time we can come stay.
Angie provided great communication and the process was seamless.

Loved, loved the layout of the house. Very easy walk to the beach, don’t even need the golf cart to get to the beach unless you have to haul a lot. Great front windows for a view with amazing walk around deck. New washer and dryer were a definite necessity. Roomy enough for all seven of us. Nice fluffy bath towels.

The location of the house was great for beach access. The house is away from the business of the middle of the island, but close enough to still enjoy Sugar Kingdom! The downstairs with 2 twins worked great for my older niece and nephew to have their own space. The kitchen had enough on hand to be able to cook meals. The dining room table and sitting areas were great for visiting.
All of the beds were comfortable, the golf cart was a nice touch for getting around.
We will definitely stay again!!

We loved this house. Comfy beds, beautiful light from the many windows in the living room, clean and well equipped kitchen. Having the golf cart was the BEST! We loved going on rides, but our favorite trips were to the bay nightly to watch the sunsets. Very close to two of the public beach entrances, less than 5 min on the golf cart. In short, we loved it and would absolutely stay again. Angie was very responsive and wonderful to speak with as well!

We celebrated our 20 twins birthday for a perfect family vacation. The house was a great size for our family and the beach path made it so easy & quick to get to the beach. The golf cart was great to take all the stuff back & forth from the beach.

To sum it up - perfect getaway! We enjoyed every minute of our short stay! The house was in an excellent location. It was close to the beach which was beautiful! It was so nice having the golf cart to get around the island. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

My guests and I were all very happy with the Beach Peach, it was a very clean, comfy and cozy house to stay in for our long weekend. Plenty of space for the 5 of us, nicely equipped kitchen with a large fridge, the beds were comfortable and the wrap around porch was absolutely awesome. We loved the partially wooded coastal landscape surrounding the house, very private, and it ended up being closer to the beach access than we expected. The worst part (as always at SGI) was the packing up and leaving part! We would definitely consider staying here again!
