The house is spacious, in very good condition, & well appointed. The neighborhood is nice and very convenient to west Little Rock. The garage makes parking your vehicle that much more comfortable & secure: a nice bonus. We did lots of cooking & the kitchen worked very well. Highly recommend this property for large family gatherings or groups that don't mind sharing a bedroom because there are lots of beds but only three rooms. Both sofas make into beds as well, which is convenient.

Nice location, nice home. Well kept and clean.

The property was nice but a few upgrades/enhancements could be made. For a property that sleeps a max of 12 guests, there needs to be more chairs, a larger dining table or add a second one, and more cookware. The rooms are huge so they can accommodate more furniture. Upon arrival, we noticed that the grill had not been cleaned after use, the trash can was full from a previous guests’ stay, and several pieces of the deck furniture had damage. This prevented us from grilling and sitting on the deck. The back yard also needed to be cut and cleaned. Despite all of this, we made it work the best we could and had a nice getaway.
