Bahía Las Croabas si trova a soli 8 minuti a piedi, quindi non ti serve la macchina per arrivarci. Perché non la lasci presso il tuo alloggio, che offre anche un parcheggio? Se invece hai voglia di guidare, ti bastano 3 minuti per raggiungere Campo da golf El Conquistador.
Si, hai disfato i bagagli in questo appartamento da 130 metri quadrati, ma forse non sai che qui hai a disposizione anche un giardino e una rinvigorente piscina! Se non ti sembra abbastanza che ne dici di un ottimo drink a due passi da una piscina all'aperto o di un po' di dolce far nulla nella vasca idromassaggio? Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

E non dovrai portare con te troppi vestiti: qui troverai lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Pros:
Very clean apartment. Very safe in a gated community. Nice location if you're planning to be in Fajardo. Iris was very easy to work with and communicated well. We lost the key and she helped us get into the unit quickly. The apartment had everything we needed plus extras like beach towels, chairs, and a cooler to use.
Cons:
No ocean view. Security guard at the front gate and pool staff weren't very nice. Hot tub didn't work. We didn't realize how far from San Juan we were or how bad traffic would be commuting back and forth. Beds in the unit were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not enough comfortable seating in the living room. $50 fee for a lost key seems very expensive.
All in all, we had a lovely trip but probably would not stay here again for the price.

The condo has high end finishes. It includes everything you would need. The condo is beautiful in a secure complex near a lot of restaurants. It is specious with nice furnishings. The host included a lot of nice touches such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, games, beach and pool towels, blow dryer, patio chairs, etc. I have stayed at many VRBO’s. This is one of the top places I stayed at. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Iris was a fantastic host and her property was ideal for trips to the local beaches and more! Everything we could ever need was provided! The apt was beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean and well appointed. Checked in and out no problem.
We couldn’t ask for more and were able to make our own Xmas dinner! Highly recommend if you’re in Fajardo :)

We have stayed at vacation rentals many many times over the years, and Iris Delgado ranks with the very best of the owners we have dealt with; very very responsive and endlessly helpful. Thank you Iris. The rental itself is in a gated community called Pena Mar, right near where the snorkeling boats leave from and not far from Seven Seas Beach. The rental itself is well kept up, well equipped, and well air-conditioned (more so than another rental I suffered through in the same gated community). Right next to the pool, I might add. Only downside is that it is ground floor, too low for the views of the water from higher up rentals. No matter, I would be happy to return here on our next Fajardo trip.

Owner maintained constant communication with us leading up to our stay. I had difficulty with the lock combination and I was able to call her. She checked on us throughout our stay. There’s even a binder of things to do in the area with addresses and phone numbers. The place was clean and most everything looked new. Highly recommend that if you are staying in Fajardo, you stay in this condo.

Tastefully appointed, super clean accommadations in a super safe area. Our host always available to answer questions. Pools were on point. Walk to Villa Marina right across the street if planning a catamaran tour (great pastry shop too). Short drive to El Yunque Rainforest and Luquillo Beach with its famous Kioskos de Luquillo food and souvenire kiosks. A very nice and less busy Playa Fortuna located a little further west past Luquillo Beach is a great spot.
Even shorter drive to Fajardo's beautiful Seven Seas Beach and Las Croabas where the bioluminescent bay kayak tours take place.
Arrive as a tourist and live like a local. Short drive to shopping centers, super market (Econo) and Walmart.
