We arrived to a very dark property with no visible house number or porch lights. Our check in was delayed 1 hour and 50 minutes, so we had to wait to check in until after the gymnastics meet. At first glance, the property was fine. But once you start getting ready for bed and needing a towel, etc that’s where it gets quite gross. The sheets were filthy. Property manager told us to get new sheets out of the closet. Opened the closet to find that the sheets were wet. Property manager then tells us to go to the laundry room and get towels out of the dryer. The laundry room door is outside of the house where there is NO light. The sheets in the dryer were wet. We turn the dryer on and it takes more than an hour for the dryer to actually dry the sheets. Comforter had blood stains. Pulled sheets off to put on sheets we had just dried and the mattress did not have mattress pad and the mattress had more stains. Really it should be standard practice to use a mattress cover. Gross. There were not any hand towels, just bath and washcloths. Honestly, if they had been clean I would have not been a deal, it was just one more thing that made our experience so unpleasant. This property has the potential to be a great VRBO, but it needs a good cleaning, new washer and dryer, (or wash linens off property), and the property owner should really come spend the night so that they can improve consumer experience. Felt completely ripped off and taken advantage of. Don’t book.

Nice place to stay big rooms for everyone and it’s not that’s far from town to go do things and the host was very nice

Not enough towels and no hand towels, washcloths, dish towels Towel wracks cheap and need to be updated. Decor and beds were very nice.

Excellent home in private neighborhood. Comfortable beds and all the essentials were available. We would happily stay here again!
