Great location, walking distance to all that Providence has to offer - we biked the East Coast Bike Path from the boat . Close to Trader Joes for food and nearby restaurants .

It was the perfect spot to get together with some friends for a chill but unique experience! It was very walkable and the views were beautiful. We spent most of our visit just hanging out on the boat playing cards and making memories! And there were three fun bars right on the marina which were great. The hosts were very communicative and helpful when needed. Would recommend!

Perfect for a place to sleep! Two restaurants/bars right there to enjoy. Music was loud Sunday but we loved that!

It does not appear that they were prepared yet for rentals this season. No deck furniture, green scum in the bottom of water tank for the coffee maker and a sponge at the sink with dried food on it. The canvas cover on the top deck had blown off and it doesn’t appear to be from a recent storm. There is also a strong sulfur smell, especially in the lower bedroom and bathroom. No hot water at the kitchen sink but shower water was fine. The location is great with restaurants and shops close by. This could be a property worth staying at if the owners prepared more before guests arrive and pay attention to details of the property. The boat is dated but very adequate for a weekend away if it had been properly prepared for guests.
