Questo cottage si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Aviemore. Non avrai bisogno di perdere tempo per lasciare il tuo mezzo in un posto sicuro: qui ti aspetta anche un parcheggio. Poi non avrai che l'imbarazzo della scelta: potrai percorrere 14 minuti a piedi fino a Birrificio Cairngorm Brewery o 11 minuti a piedi fino a Dalfaber Neighbourhood Centre.

Questo cottage da 180 metri quadri potrai rilassarti nella vasca idromassaggio (ricordati di apprezzarne l'arredamento da esterni!) o nel giardino. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Nella cucina potrai preparare ottimi piatti come se fossi a casa! C'è proprio tutto l'occorrente: un forno, un piano cottura, un frigorifero, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un bollitore elettrico e un microonde. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani e carta igienica sono tra le dotazioni di questa casa vacanza. Mentre prepari la valigia, ricorda che qui ti aspetta un servizio lavanderia: non ti serviranno molti vestiti di ricambio. Gli altri servizi e dotazioni includono: un'area barbecue, lenzuola, ferro/asse da stiro e riscaldamento.

5 of us stayed at Bracken House at the start of June for a hiking break, the house was excellent and plenty of room for the 5 of us location was quiet but still only a 15-20min walk into town, we only used the hot tub once but it was a great way to sooth the aches and pains after long hikes in the cairngorms. we were lucky enough to spot a Red Deer in the woods above the house while relaxing in the tub. The Kitchen was well kitted out and overall we were very comfortable there. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it for large families or a group of friends. Its the 1st time I have used Great North Lodges & they were very professional and kept in touch by regular email contact so everything was stress free, there is also someone at the end of a phone too if you need them and they are easy to get in touch with which I found refreshing

Bracken House is the perfect place to stay with the forest on the door step and Aviemore within walking distance .The forest has endless trails on the door step and many more only a short drive away .This is the dog walkers paradise and lovely house to relax in at the end of the day .Local pubs and shops are very welcoming making the holiday enjoyable . To improve on everything the only thing I would do is update the refuse collection information and in the cooking range a steamer could be added for vegetables

Perfect house for a family getaway. Location was great with easy access to dog walking and biking trails. House was well presented, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed having the hot tub and that the garden was not overlooked and it was secure for the dogs. Well all loved it. Great location for exploring the surrounding area. Only minor negative was the BBQ. It was too small to cook for 8 people and very shallow to get enough coals into it to cook for a house full. We abandoned our plans and cooked inside.

We have been coming here for 6 years now, always enjoyed our stay unfortunately this time was a bit disappointing, the hot tub lid was broken causing floaters in water. Grass was uncut and long. Toilet seat in main insult was broken, lights on upstairs landing didn’t work. Ceiling in kitchen showing signs water damage cracked plaster. Fridge compartments missing. Have taken pictures on arrival of these areas for proof. No the house is supposed to be cleaned and inspected before next guest so why was the lodge in this state for ud
