We had an amazing stay here. Great location. The room was clean and had everything we needed. With a nice view of the castel sant’angelo. Close to restaurants and gelato perfect after a long hot day. Giulia the receptionist was very kind and warm. She even offered us her umbrella as we had lost ours.

Clean. Great location to see the Vatican, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Staff was very helpful and while there was not 24 hour reception they were just a phone call or text away.
Nothing comes to mind.

Location
The staff was very helpful. I had one problem after another with the room. No hot water for a day, no A/C for 12hrs, Tv issues and bathroom issues. I wrote the hotel after I returned regarding these issues asking for partial refund, but all they would do is a 200Euro for future visit. Very displeased with their response. Do not recommend this hotel
