Wonderful experience!

GREAT VIEW, GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN POOL, BEACH FRONT PROPERTY.

Very responsive to questions!

We have stayed in this building and its sister building before, sad to say that this time we were VERY disappointed. Upon arrival, checking in was extremely chaotic. There were a tremendous amount of people, and only one person helping. Second, the insane line to the elevator!!! We had to wait almost 30-40 minutes to get to our room. The elevators were ALWAYS packed. We had to let 2-3 elevators go at a time in order to get a spot- WOW!! The whole trip the elevators had a long wait time. It was THE worst!!! The room itself… it was ok, but everything is old, the bathrooms, the doors, the shower pressure, the furniture. It’s sad because the apartment has so much potential. Worst part about the room, the floors were dirty!! Cleaning crew did not clean/wash the floors before we arrived. When we notified management about it, they sent us a mop and cleaning supplies(photos attached) … that’s all. As for the beach, it’s not directly by our building, we had to walk about 7 minutes to get to the towel stand and OMG was it PACKED. Impossible to get chairs, and when you have kids and a bunch of bags with you, it can really tough traveling back and forth. Overall, we will not be returning. We have stayed at other places in the area and there’s better especially for this price. Good luck!
