Very close to the beach, just walk down, cross the street and you are at the beach. I liked the foot shower in front of the main entrance.

To find the entrance: from the seaside you have to go on the left side of the bulilding. First entrance next to the Market. Nobody could helped us to find the right main entrance door. You have to walk to the 4th floor, find the door and keysafe. The lift can be used only with the proxy included on the key.

Bliskość plaży pierwsza linia brzegowa

Väga lähedal rannale. Läheduses palju soodsaid restorane ja poode.

Parkimine oli maja ees tasuta, aga vaba kohta ei olnud. Pidi parkima tasulises parklas.

The house was in a perfect location. It is quite central to have lots of stores, coctail bars, and restaurants around but still far away from the chaotic central of Shengjin, which I really appreciated! (In a walking distance, though for those who would like a taste of both). It is quite spacious for 5 people and with synchronized facilities such as an elevator. There is an A/C only in the leaving room, but we were sleeping in the room with 30 degrees outside, and we didn't feel hot at all, which was really surprising. The house was quite cool with zero mosquitoes! P.S. we loved the view from the balcony.

Two negative things were that some days it was noisy in the mornings from the main street outdoors from people passing by and that the bathroom some days kept a strong smell, which, however, I noticed nearly everywhere in Albania. Still a good value for money.
