A beautiful building. Comfortable bed and a great night's sleep. Spacious room with a lounge. Bathroom was big with a spacious deep bath, good shower unit lovely blue tiles. Our balcony had a view over St Theresa and down town Rio.
Staff were very help when our WiFi was not working and I was using up all of my data allowance. The fault was fixed. A view of a variety of birds from our balcony, even marmasets.
Room was clean. The neighbourhood vibrant, lively and lots of restaurants bars and shops. It is hilly so be prepared. Hotel is close to the action but quiet. We didn't use the pool. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and they provided wine & snacks to our room. This was a lovely touch. Thank you. Recommended.

Cleanliness throughout was the best part.
My room was spacious.
I did not like the local room at the front of the building. It was strangely noisy at night, with dogs barking and noise from karaoke club behind the hotel.
All in all it was a good experience in the location, away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel is very nice and lovely views and our room was incredible. The only downside is that the bar and restaurant were closed which we were not aware of beforehand so had to travel out of the area for food and drinks.
