Location and the views! This condo is centrally located and close to shops, restaurants and bars.
The unit needs some upgrades...the stove and cooking utensils, as well as the dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer have seen better days.

View. Well stocked, Reserved parking. Access to the beach. Fast elevators.
Pool was too small. No gas grills so we had to make another trip to the store for charcoal, etc.
