Location was perfect, and the van was really clean and well looked after. Communication from the owner/company was great, with multiple emails and texts with instructions, directions etc. Ideal stay for me, my partner and two young children.

The property was very clean and tidy.
One of the net curtains was ripped and the front door needs more security (another lock).

The caravan was clean and tidy. NO STAFF AT ALL on site, very bad
Yes it may be 50 yards to the beach but there is the sea wall in between with very steep steps either side, being disabled this meant I had a long walk to access beach further along . Would never go again

It is a 2007 caravan so does what it says on the can
Hot water very difficult to control
