Great location!! Exceptional in that we could access so many areas that we wanted to visit via walking or train (station was 1 block away). The apartment was comfortable and had helpful amenities. Very comfortable bed with firm mattress, as promised. Marc, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive! Five stars to him!
The wc was unexpectedly small. Unfortunately, the ac was not easily accessible and could have been used during our stay due to muggy nights.

Sehr gute Lage in Fussgängerzone. Jedoch Taxi / Uber kamen zum Teil bis vor die Tür. Viele Bistros, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Metro im Umkreis von 150 Metern. Marc und Lionel haben sich sehr bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen.

Very personalized meet and greet from the host, Marc. Besides personal instructions the flat included a detailed notebook with how-to instructions for items in the flat as well as restaurant, shopping, etc. suggestions. Location was near a tube station and centrally located. Flat was very comfortable and there is an elevator for those not interested in navigating stairs. Marc was fluent in English which was a tremendous help for us.
Had some difficulty with a Nespresso machine and once the host was made aware of it, they replaced it with a new model.

Очень уютная квартира, есть все необходимое. Расположение-супер. Основные достопримечательности в 15-20 минутах ходьбы. В двух шагах-метро. Рядом огромное количество ресторанов, где можно поужинать. Но можно устроить уютный ужин дома с видом на парижские крыши или пикник на берегу Сены-недалеко несколько супермаркетом. С хозяином квартиры Марком встретиться лично не удалось, но он прислал подробные инструкции по заселению, был очень дружелюбным и неравнодушным.
Все понравилось. Может быть шумновато, но это вайб города. Дорого, как и все в Париже.))
