First off I did not enjoy entering my room to the smoke detector beeping loudly every few minutes, so not a big deal, I just pulled the battery. Bust mostly what I did NOT like at all was the bugs found in the bed. We were absolutely disgusted by that. Will never stay here again.

The pictures online protested the property nicer than it was, when we arrived there was a fist fight in front of the office… I also wasn’t able to check in and had to call booking.com to “fix” the amount paid for the hotel because they couldn’t get the money from booking.com which caused a major delay… also booking.com charged me again for the room then refunded it and charged again. Which caused me fees in my end with my bank. I called and explained this to a representative and they said too bad pretty much. I even sent screenshots of the charges. I was charged overdraft fees because of this. I’ll never use booking.come again.

It wasn’t as clean as I thought and we asked for clean towels. The staff never brought them. They also did not clean the room either day we were there. I called when we left the room one day that way they can clean while we were gone. We were gone for 10 Hours and the room still Was not clean when we came back.

Rooms were small but comfortable.

The location was sketchy. Lots of homeless people hanging around. Did not feel safe there.

Horrible experience

The room was clean. The hotel has lots of fast food restaurants in walking distance so that was a plus. It was quiet too. Housekeeping was accommodating. Plenty of parking.

I was not aware of the $100 cash deposit up front. the front counter lady Cathy was aware that we had 6 rooms total but she still didn't put us together but there were open rooms in between our rooms

Front counter young man was very responsive and informative. Large refrigerator.

Unfinished gap around window shows insulation. Outside stairs were dirty. Only one cup packet of regular coffee. Cheap towels. No shampoo.
