Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. We paid $100 for an upgraded suite, and it was definitely worth it. The suite was nice, comfortable, and made our stay very enjoyable. We were pleased with the accommodations and would definitely consider staying here again.
Unfortunately, our experience took a turn the following morning. On our way to breakfast, we became stuck inside the elevator for approximately 45 minutes. It was an uncomfortable and stressful situation, especially knowing that we were simply trying to get to breakfast.
Because of the elevator situation, we ended up not eating breakfast, yet we were still charged for breakfast. I would have appreciated better communication regarding the elevator incident and, given the circumstances, having the breakfast charge removed since we were unable to actually have the meal.
