The view in the picture is correct. Although when sat on the sofa you see an apartment block on the left side, but you can still see a decent view of the sea.
It's very well situated for the old town to walk to in 10 mins. With bars restaurants a plenty. The beach is nearby, but remember, you are on a hill, so down is ok but up a little more tuff.
The apartment is an older building but well maintained.you can hear any noise from anyone in nearby apartments.
We had some on night 1, but the rest of the week was quiet.
Inside has been refurbished and is nice. But you get a sense of the old building.
There is a small wiff of draines from the plug holes in the sink and wash basin when you use them.

The location is perfect, and everything you might need is in the apartment
The shower floor was not even, so the water couldn’t flow of the drain easy
