It is a hidden gem in Spalding, a quiet little town about a 20-minute drive north of Clare. It is surrounded by farmland and the bright yellow of canola fields in September. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The garden is peaceful. The local pub is just a few minutes' walk down the road.

Quiet town, close to pub, had all that you needed.
Need to concentrate on the painting side, (I’m a painter that notices) green touch up is different colour and sheen level, very noticeable, spoils a very good feature wall. The air co wall needs another roll, bath window needs paint. It makes a difference to presentation when nicely painted.

Clean, beautiful property. All the amenities you could want including Turkish percolator or French press for your ground coffee. Fantastic spa bath. Very relaxing

Studio was very clean, comfortable and roomy with a luxury bathroom, with spa, and laundry. The addition of some cooking staples and freshly ground coffee, stove top coffee machine and plunger were greatly appreciated.
