We had breakfast at the Langham and it was very nice.
Apart from our flight being delayed, we didn’t arrive at the Jewel Apartment until 5pm. I wasn’t aware that the keys were located at a different location, so I had to take another Uber to collect the keys and then another Uber back to the apartment.
It would be much more convenient if the lockbox were located on the premises. This would make the check-in process much easier and less stressful, especially when travelling with a family of six and luggage.

Excellent view over the ocean. Apartment was almost new - very comfortable and clean.
Apart from a small coffee cafe and the Langham hotel there is no range of restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. Either walk/drive to Surfers Cavill Ave area or to Broadbeach - not far but it’s probably 10mins either direction. This is just a comment - not really a major issue.

Loved my stay at the jewel apartments ,the facilities were fantastic ,the view was unbelievable,the apartment was beautiful and clean ,ill be back again for sure
The carpet was a little stained so that could do with some attention and the lounge

The view was amazing. The apartment was lovely.
Half the beds and pillows were really uncomfortable. The cleaner had not done a great job.
