Plenty of room to watch TV, sleep, and relax at the end of the day.
Having a washing machine was also handy for those who travel light.
Good air conditioning.
A couple of pubs downstairs with burgers and good beer.
It is not related to the apartment, but there is not much variety of eating options around. We found ourselves having to walk towards the Center whenever we wanted to eat something a little more elaborate. If you are not a walker, this may be too far.
