Location was great being so close to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Marylebone, Edgware and Paddington is unbeatable. You can walk to the South Kensington or Portobello Road in about 40 minutes! The rooftop was amazing really loved having a glass of wine up there. Enough space to for 5 to 6 people. Lovely living room and kitchen space nicely renovated. There is a nice large elevator for luggage etc. so no climbing the stairs. Overall great for families and for exploring central London. Way better value than some of the hotels in the area that I have stayed. Also two really good shops for food (Waitrose and Noor) right outside the front door if you happen to want to self-cater.

I was really happy with the apartment but a few improvements could be made... There was a musty smell in the main bathroom. The mattresses need to be replaced they were so soft that you sink in the middle especially in the single beds. The tea and coffee station just had a jumbled box of what looked like left overs from previous guests and takeaways. To be able to switch on the extractor fan requires someone who is at least six feet tall. Bathroom ensuite door was scraping the floor when trying to close it. The second bedroom door would not close easily because of the single bed. There should be more hooks for hanging up towels in the bathroom. No complimentary water in the fridge on arrival.

We loved the apartment it was very stylish, we loved the decorations and wall decorations. The bathrooms were very modern and the kitchen was of a high quality standard. There was an amazing roof terrace which we were able to enjoy as the wether was very nice.

The property was really well equipped, spacious and modern. A fantastic property overall.

Check in is stated as being from 2pm. We arrived at 3.45pm and unfortunately the cleaning team were still on site with a fair bit left to do so we left the property to go for food. I let the property know we were leaving and would return later. They apologised and said the team would be as quick as they can. I must say that I am extremely disappointed, when paying £480 for one nights stay I fully expect the property to be ready at the stated time. If we had needed to check in at 2pm and get ready for an event then we wouldn’t have been able to do this and I would be seeking compensation. Businesses seem to think offering a small apology in a message is good enough. I appreciate circumstances can arise that are out of the properties control but what is in their control is contacting me as soon as they were aware the cleaning team wouldn’t be able to complete for the 2pm. It is my opinion the clean didn’t begin until after 2pm. The property could have offered a partial refund, a reduced rate future stay or any other form of compensation. I didn’t receive a message to say the clean was complete either. Very disappointing customer service considering the cost.
