We were there as a couple which was fine but the top floor bedroom was not usable due to the very steep dangerous stairs so would not have been ok for 4 occupants

Well appointed, clean property right in the centre of Wells. The property is on the main street, so you are literally seconds from the beach, coffee shops and food places. The property has been refurbished recently to a good standard and the rooms were modern and clean.
The stairs in the property are quite steep, so may be inaccessible for less mobile travellers. The living room and kitchen are a good size for 2 people, but a squeeze if there are 4 people staying.

Crockery not clean; dishwasher did not appear to have hot water inlet and didn’t clean dishes well; kettle very scaled up.

"This was the best location of any place we have used in Norfolk, we could have stayed here and not used a car as everything is so close by."
