A very warm welcome from Kimmie to a delightful Garden Room. Quiet! For my purposes excellent. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and really good shower. Thoughtful provision of bread and milk etc.for a basic breakfast available, certainly enough to start the day. My introduction to the the resident kingfisher came later, and I am delighted. Sadly no time to explore Honiton as I was en route elsewhere, but I would happily stay in future.

Good location.
Clean & tidy.
Very comfortable bed & more than adequate shower.
