The closeness to the lift!
Some of the amenities were a little janky, the coffee pot was broken at the handle for instance, and there’s some patchwork stuff around the apartment.

Great location, nice space for our family.
Unfortunately it was very hot while we were there and the air conditioning didn’t necessarily reach all of the bedrooms well. Only complaint.
