The staff was awesome! This was during a hurricane evacuation and the front desk staff was kind, empathetic, and efficient. Their patience never wavered. Kudos. Also, the drinks and food in the bar/to-go was great.
The staff working in the bar was so so. Did not want to give a tall glass requested but the drink glasses were only the size of 1-2 oz. Issue was not the amt. of alcohol it but wouldn't provide a glass. There were also no glasses in the rooms. Most all hotels w/in this class have glasses.

I really enjoyed the extra amenities offered.. the Breakfast was awesome and the kitchen staff made the experience even better as they were so pleasant which makes a difference!! Even though I missed taking advantage of the evening drinks and meal because of other engagements I appreciated that the Hotel offered it.
My only criticism would be for the Parking at the Hotel which in my opinion did not have sufficient "Handicap" parking spots near the front entrance .. but even that would not deter me from future bookings.
