New homestay so it was clean and modern. Host was responsive. Good size bathroom. AC and WIFI worked well. Great breakfast every day. Good value. Free bus system in Phu Quoc was a lifesaver as it runs from the Airport to GrandWorld and goes right by the homestay. You can rent a motorbike or take a grab but you can't beat a free bus for transportation. Just note that the bus stop is .8 kilometers to the south of the homestay.
Cash only despite notes on Booking stating you could pay via credit card. Bed was hard.

Le lit était incroyablement dur ! Le matelas avait l’air d’être une planche de bois. Quel dommage, un si joli hôtel, moderne, neuf. Tout était parfait, il méritait un 10. Mais, mon mari et moi-même avions passés la plus mauvaise nuit de notre séjour au Vietnam. Et nous sommes restés 1 mois. Nous voulions prendre une 2ème nuit, mais avons quittés dès le lendemain.

All the facilities are new and very good quality, away over the expectation!
Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff available all the time with a big smile.
Good condition of scooters and road on the island are good and safe for Vietnam/ Asia standards.
Far from the beach but with scooter rental is no big deal.
Difficult to get a taxi without stuff support.

Enastående personal och särskilt kvinnan i receptionen, Tran, som jag upplevde skapade en fantastisk stämning hos alla som arbetade på boendet. Lika ödmjuk som kompetent och serviceinriktad. Ett boende som har fokus på detaljerna som gör skillnad. Trots att vi bott på flera boenden med fler stjärnor är det här boendet vi längtar tillbaka till och som fångade våra hjärtan på alla plan.
Försökt hitta något men finns inget. Återigen är det oerhört genomtänkt ner på detaljnivå och en extremt hög servicenivå förutom både mysfaktor och den höga standarden.

Good location close to VinWonders theme park and Safari. Rooms were nice and quiet, lovely gardens and facilities!

Many things: super clean, exceptional customer service. Breakfast was delicious. Very new facility being only a few months old.
1) Not accepting major credit card as a payment
2) Location is quite a distance away from downtown
