The property is in a great location, close to transportation and major attractions, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was very spacious and spotless. There is even a kitchen, with coffee and milk to get your day started. Staff at reception was very professional and helpful.
Only downside is noise from outside, but that's something you will get at any property in that neighborhood. Nothing else to report. It is a good place for business travel or even family.

We loved our stay! Our room was spacious, and having a separate living room was especially convenient as we were working remotely. The location was excellent—very close to Tower Hill Underground station and the main attractions in the area. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Location and staff
Price was very high the rooms do not deserve it.
No real breakfast was included they deliver a small bag with yogurt and banana at morning on request and if you want you can pay extra to go have a breakfast in the other hotel (Tower suite by blue orchid) in the other location about 7 minutes walk away from Tower residences by blue orchid.
Tv channels are very limited,, no variety of languages.. and the type of tv is not smart ,, ie you can not connect it to your phone to watch things you choose from.

"Posizione strategica per visitare Londra.
Reception aperta 24 ore su 24. Particolarmente cortesi e premurose Roxana ed Aroona
