Location is great and well set up for a larger group. We only had 6 this trip but 8 would have still had room to spare with enough bedrooms for privacy.

Minor issues: Could use a larger coffee pot (only makes 2 cups) and some of the dining room chairs need replaced as the pegs aren't holding them together securely.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Wish the rooms all had queen or king beds - the bunks were not good for us

cute decor, generally clean, fire pit, nice fenced backyard

a mandatory rental agreement was provided by the property manager Vacasa only *after* I made a non-refundable payment. it stated a 2-dog limit which was not advertised at booking.com. when I pointed this out with screenshots they still insisted it was stated and would not release me from the reservation or even offer a discount. when communicating with customer service by email you get a different agent every time and nobody reads the previous messages in the thread so they miss the context. I finally called and spoke with a manager and they still refused to budge in any way. also when we arrived there were piles of laundry all over the furniture and one room of beds was unmade

Everything it was fabulous. close to the beach, great coffee shop, great loans the entire place was so comfortable
