My family and I had a great time on our spring break vacation. The home was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The Smoky Mountains was an amazing backdrop to this well appointed home and the management company was very attentive to any questions or needs that we had. The location was perfect for getting into the town of Gatlinburg and all the fun hiking and excursions of the surrounding area. We had a great time being with our family and hanging out in the fun game room area. The drive up to the home was a little scary at first because the home isn’t well marked from the road and the roads are steep and winding with no guard rails but we quickly realized that’s just how it is in the Smoky Mountains area and got use to navigating as the days went on. Overall I’d recommend this home as it had everything we needed and was a lovely place to stay with its amazing views and well maintained accommodations.

Stay was good, floors needed to be cleaned better. All in all my family had a great time.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The location was convenient and the views amazing.the house was spacious and we enjoyed the pool table, air hockey and arcade. The only improvements would be to supply a kitchen towel and the guest who stayed in the middle floor bedroom said the bed was saggy in the middle and quite uncomfortable.

This was a great location! Definitely easy access to the balcony for wildlife! House was fantastic but if I stayed there again I would suggest they provide more towels, considering there’s also a hot tub. We had to wash towels every day because we only had a couple per bathroom and were there for a week. Otherwise, great views, easy location to gatlinburg or PF. As a side note: kitchen is stocked with most things you’d need, wine opener, some Tupperware, pots and pans, mixing bowls.
