Location good, comfortable bed.
Check in night staff on at the hotel till 530pm. You're still paying someone to do the admin, why not pay them to be there? Please employ people with better customer service skills

We love staying here when travelling South. The hotel is great and the location perfect for us
We would choose not to stay in room 7A in future. The access doors to the main corridor and room 7 were extremely noisy, disturbing us frequently. Perhaps a softer closure mechanism would help (or more considerate guests)
Unpleasant cooking smells permeate the room from below where there seems to be a kitchen exhaust fan. This makes the enclosed balcony unusable

Easy parking and location to cafes etc
My room was above a bar and being a Saturdays night the noise was ridiculous no sleep until after midnight for me !
