Great property not too far from the beaches! Between the pool, hot tub, mini golf, and theater room, our family had plenty to do at the house when we weren't out exploring Virginia Beach. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or needs as well.

Little too cold for swimming but the pool was beautiful. House was very clean and comfortable. We had 8 staying and we didn’t feel on top of each other. One of our party left her jewelry behind but the owner was great and arrangements where made to get them back to her. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and spacious home, well stocked with amenities, very close to restaurants and shopping, the pool and hot tub were awesome! It was only 30 minutes away from beautiful beaches too! The property host, Kimmy, is very responsive and made sure to answer all of my questions before booking, thank you! The listing states that guests will “have privacy during their stay and will not have to interact with the owner” and the owner “will have their own private access to their area of the house that is completely separate from where guests will be”. I think the online listing needs to be adjusted so that future guests are aware that this is not 100% accurate. If you spend a lot of your time enjoying the backyard, you will see/interact with the owner. The entrance to the owner’s extension is located next to the pool, on the patio area. We briefly interacted with the owner everyday, a couple times a day. There were 2 occasions where the owner was taking photos of the backyard for quite a while. When we came outside to sit on the side patio at night, he continued taking photos and did not go inside to give us privacy. If guests are spending money to rent the space, then the owner should respect their privacy. With that being said, he is nice and quiet. The king bed needs to be replaced. Both sides of the bed are sunken in and we woke up with back pain every morning. Overall, we had a great time but we would not stay at this home again in the future.
