Beautiful views of the water. The trade off is lots of traffic noise. The apartment is well maintained, a small dining table would definitely make a more comfortable stay.
Only the absence of a small dining table and chairs. We used the metal table from the veranda, there was one already inside but meal time is a communal activity to share the days delights. Eating on the lounge is messy.

Very central, great view.
Incorrect written instructions to find unit on arrival, it was assumed we would come up from street, instead of arriving by car, so we were sent left instead of right after reception, so hefted bags up 2 flights of stairs to find we had to go down and then up again. Whew. No big deal though.
