Stephanie and Dave were great host. The place is really cozy and right by the river. They have a sauna which is a nice addition. The breakfast was unique which we enjoyed and Stephanie makes some really good scones. Overall it was pleasant stay and both Stephanie and Dave did a good job hosting.

Stephanie and Dave were the most gracious hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast in the morning was delightful. Very personable people who are very easy to talk to. Loved our stay and it made our special day even more special.

We have a lovely time at the Saucy Willow. Stephanie and Dave are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly hosts. The grounds and Inn have so many cozy spots to curl up or to just sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was delcious and Stephanie makes great homemade scones!

My husband and I loved the location because it was waterfront property and the Inn and cottages have been beautifully restored. The property inside and out is well maintained. It is very well outfitted with many thoughful conveniences such as bug spray, sunscreen, blankets for outdoor seating and 24 hour coffee/tea service just to name a few. There was a nice variety to choose from for breakfast including freshly baked scones which were delicious. The room we stayed in was updated and very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the lake. There was also a widow's peak with table and chairs right outside our bedroom, to enjoy our evening cocktail or morning coffee. Stephanie the hostess even surprised us with chilled sparkling wine for our 30th wedding anniversary! There were several kayaks, floating chairs, water toys, 3 docks etc. to enjoy our time at the lake. We found Stephanie and Dave to be very personable and entertaining. They shared much of the history of the Inn and the surrounding community with us, which was very interesting. They provided us with information regarding dining options in the area which proved to be great choices for us. I can't say enough about how much we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend The Saucy Willow Inn to family and friends and hope to return for many future getaways to this very special spot! Thank you for a very memorable and lovely anniversary stay Stephanie and Dave.

On Balsam Lake and a beautiful peaceful property. Dave and Stephanie were very friendly and welcoming.

Great place. The owners are super nice and they did an amazing job with the place. Interesting history… right by the water. Stephanie makes great scones 😂. 11 out of 10.

This place is amazing, write on the water . The room are so clean and comfortable. Dave and Stephanie the owner went over and above. We will diffinatly be back
