Lovely quirky guest house, steeped in military history, great location, fabulous breakfast cooked fresh to order by friendly and welcoming chef. Relaxed public areas, spacious rooms with great sea view.

Room was very clean and had a great sea view. Amazing military memorabilia on display. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great choice. Would return again when I’m in the area.

A charity runs this guest house, and we loved that it was also a Memorial Holiday Centre and a great tribute to all who fought in the two great wars and subsequent conflicts, encompassing all service personnel. The Guest House is a grand old property, and further upgrades are in the pipeline after this holiday season to expand the property. We really enjoyed our short stay, and the views from the property are spectacular. Well worth booking.
