Excelente ubicación. Muy limpio. Atentos. Excelente desayuno
Cosas sin trascendencia.

Breakfast and service excellent. Room spacious and fresh towels daily. Bed very comfortable. Loved the artwork and colonial nature of the hotel. Too bad about the construction noise but I would definitely stay there again.
Repairing walls of shower in room 1. More attention to filling used bottles of water. Provide assistance to guests by way of maps and sites of the city as well as restaurants recommendations.

Básicamente todo, desde la recepción hasta la entrega, que por cierto, dejé una bermuda, ojalá la puedan resguardar porque pretendo regresar quizá en diciembre 😃
Gracias
Creo que todo estuvo excelente en general.

Beautiful building with beautiful decor.
I booked reservation for a suite with terrace and when I got to the hotel I was given a room with two windows only facing the street.
I placed my concerned at the front desk and I was told that that’s all they had without an apology.
