It's a good location near the university, and thanks to the tram just minutes from the center. The kids loved the football table, the adults the quiet (the moments when the kids were not playing at the football table...).
There are two fine pubs/bars just a few houses away, and very good (value-for-money) restaurants nearby.

The city is a wonderful place for walking.
we were four adults. The second bed, located in the kitchen was not suitable for full grown adults. would be fine for children.

Closed to the tram , 3 Station from cathedral and 4-5 Station to the city center ( I guess around 10mn away with the train ).
Make sure to confirm about the parking place , on the street is free, but you will not get it if you drive out 😂 . You can ask the property owner to rent the garage .
She’s really kind

Gute ruhige Lage.
