Excellent heat (winter stay) and water pressure. Comfortable beds. Very nice staff. Great breakfast included. Secure off-street parking. They held our luggage after check out while we visited Mount Etna, which we appreciated a great deal. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops.
Check-in instructions were not clear nor emailed ahead of time. Visitors must check-in at their bar/bakery, which was easy once we knew where to go. Extremely weak WiFi.

This is a very beautiful and modern apartment, perfect for a short stay. It’s located on a busy street, but the secure off-street parking is a big bonus if you have a car. The apartment itself was spotless and well-appointed, with a large bathroom, kitchen, and lounge area—very comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was included at a nearby café, where the coffee and pastries were excellent. Just note that the key must be collected from the café down the street, with instructions posted to the right of the entrance (we missed this at first). Overall, a lovely one-night stay that we’d happily recommend and would stay again
Clearer communication beforehand about where and when to collect the key upon arrival would be helpful.
